The Massachusetts Birth Justice Leadership Roundtable is a statewide collaborative with a shared vision: transforming the perinatal health ecosystem to shift power and uphold a community-led model of care that restores dignity, equity, choice, agency, and autonomy, and revolutionizes family-centered care.

Our 2026 Strategic Priorities include:

1. Collaboration and cohesion that supports equity, autonomy, mutuality, and community;
2. Reclaiming culture, tradition, and community;
3. Universal access and workforce development.

The Roundtable brings together a powerful network of organizations committed to birth justice across Massachusetts: Vital Village Networks, Hued Mamas, The Birth Co., Union Capital Boston, Vital CxNS, Heart 2 Heartbeat, BEJMA, Bay State Birth Coalition, Doulas of the Diaspora, DLegacy Pacesetters, and Birthworker Equity in Education Collaborative.
