Social Justice Mediation Program Training Day 1 (Virtual)

The Social Justice Mediation Institute Training Program (SJMP) aims to build the capacity of our neighborhoods in conflict resolution skills that can be used at home, in the workplace, in schools, and beyond. We hope that reducing conflict and creating trama-sensitive environments will ultimately help our children, families, and community thrive.

This free, virtual 40-hour training that takes place over the course of 2 weeks. Designed and facilitated by Leah Wing and Deepika Marya from the Social Justice Mediation Institute. Upon completion of the training, participants become part of the Vital Village Network Mediation Program for their 6-month service-learning pathway, where they continue to build their skills, take part in events and activities within VVN, and work to strengthen the SJMP.
